Here’s the setup: A., me and kids are coming back from our morning walk outside. I am carrying Ulysses’s bike with a front wheel full of the nastiest dog poo you can imagine. The Dandelion has just decided to start an impromptu potty training 15 minutes ago and took off his diaper.

Chief Baby Officer - Being a healthy parent
Having kids really changes the way you look at life. One of the big changes for me was that I became aware to being healthy. I must admit I was always dismissive of my health and before having my daughters, I was eating junk food, not doing any exercise and generally leading a very unhealthy life style.
But being a father of two amazing girls changed all of that, I have realized that being healthy and leading a healthy life style is important and essential, and that it is one of the most important values I can install to my children. I assume that for each of us there is a different trigger to the change of perspective. For me it was my desire to be fit, so I can be active (mainly skiing) with my daughters in 20 years ti...
