About Mamawell
Tanya Yarkoni created the Mamawell website as a dedicated resource for pregnant and postpartum mothers. After her own first pregnancy, she found the postpartum period to be a generally isolating period, with so much attention focused on the baby and so little attention focused on the recovering mother. After her second child, the site really started to take off with subjects that try to bridge the gap between the medical and alternative world. If East could meet West for pregnant and postpartum mothers, this is where it would be. Tanya is 36 years old and lives in the New York area with her husband and two kids. She LOVES comments and feedbacks and encourages all women to trust their intuition!
